Hey has anyone tried making all of their taillights black, or at least very dark without sacrificing too much visible light? I think that would look badass. I've read about the spray/tint, but from what I saw that was only on the corners and reverse lights, or so i think. Hook me up with some suggestions.

ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Anyone else here have laws about this in there state?
Rear lenses dont just signal when your turning, stoping, or reversing. They are also there to reflect the light from other cars. You know, when your car looses power and your hazard lights dont work, so you dont kill that nice lady and her kids in the minivan and she rounds a dark corner and night and slams head on into your "blacked out" car.
If I did this on my rears I would get HOUNDED by the cops, they would literaly rape me with every little ticket they could find. Its dangerious, and illegal like the "smoked" headlight covers.
But if its ok in your state or you dont mind fix it tickets every few days.... just let me know when your going out so I can stay home HAHAHA.
Damned if it dosent look cool tho. Id get those all clear rears and tint those black so it would look uniform.
wooops, i had to edit this, I noticed your plates on the example car... Canada. lol Anyway is that some sticker residue on your trunk lid? Get some mayo and seran wrap put it on and cover it, leave it in the sun and come back in an hour with a microfiber cloth and it will be all gone.Last edited by Akira_kj; 09-29-2006, 08:28 PM.I cant Slam further. hey jdm_stylez, thats fucking tight looking. i wonder if you could get it darker... and glossier for sure. hey customlowz, which is better, the spray on tint or the regular tint? spray sounds easier to do.
