ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Blue Headlights

Hey, I am looking to add some style to my 91 coupe. My parents have an Acura TL with blue headlights. I was wondering what I need to have blue lights on my accord. Do I just need blue bulbs or do I need new headlights? Thanks

Can either switch to HID's or buy the Blue bulbs. HID's are more expensive but have a higher light output. The Blue bulbs like ricey in some peoples opinions and dont have very good light output at all. I have the blue bulbs now and they are great if I am on a dark DRY highway but in the city and out in the middle of nowhere in the rain the light output barely lights up the road ahead. Later

      HIDS...look that up...

you could buy some blue bulbs but they have a blue film over them which produces a lighter output...

I am running Nokya 7000k bulbs, they are ok but like what Madspleen said they suck in the rain at night. The light output is good but they don't light up wet pavement. I'm thinking about HID's myself.

If you want it for just the color then Hid kits are okay. But if you want the best light output, find an oem hid setup.Like out of a tsx,tl,bmw, evo and while your at it you might as well retrofit some oem projectors in your headlights as well.Stock 4th gen accord lights were not designed for hids.So you are going to lose a ton of light. Also many HID kits come with D2S (projector) capsules, when you really need a D2R that is made for a reflector housing.Go over to www.hidplanet.com get on there forum and do some research.Youll be much happier in the end.

you want the brightest??? that even if u look at it it'll burn ur eye having blue circle for a whole 30 second?. heat ur headlight in the oven so the glue can get soften. open the headlight.. polish the chrome. and remove the cover for the light blub. and clear glue it back and install HID 9006. nobody can beat that. xenon pretty fuckin good nobody could look directly into my lights HONESTLY
