Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Moonroof Goes Both Up And Back......

    Do Any Know How To Make The Moonroof Go Up. Ive Been Searchin Everywhere Still Cant Find It. Theres Gotta Be A Way To Do So. If Anyone Out There Knows, I Wouldnt Mind Knowing :d Thanks

        Try the first gen Acura CL. It's a 5th gen Accord, and 5th gen glass is swappable. Be the first!

          Well, its not the glass that you need to worry about, its swapping the entire "roof" and re-wiring everything. Unless, Prez, you were talking about swapping the whole thing out...

          I kinda want that option as well, but i like my sunroof, and dont feel like messing it up.

            Right, that's what I meant. Same glass means likely a compatible mechanism. The moonroof switch looks like it's the same dimensions in the CL as it is in the CB7. I hope that it can work out! I wonder if the first gen TL might have the same mechanism? Or even the Vigor? I don't know if it pops up too. So I still think the CL is the best bet.

              ive seen it before but on an acura legend,it was just two plastic peices, one on each side had to be removed i believe. i know that all legends 2/4 drs that had moon/sunroofs didnt come like that stock, unlike the acura integra. im not talking about making it go up and then slide back. i notice that when everytime i closed the moonroof all the way, the motor still runs if i continue to press the button. so theres got to be something that is stoping it to make it stay. all i wanted it to do was go up. okay, if your cb7 has a moonroof, when you press the button to open it, the glass goes down and then under the cars roof. so if it goes down before it goes inside shouldnt there be a way for it to go up also?

                Why do you want it to come out? I always think the ones that come out look funny. I am pretty sure they only come out because they are a sunroof on a coupe that does not have enough space behind it to let the glass just go straight back.
