Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Where to get black-backed headlights?

    On eBay I've seen the black projectors, and the regular chrome headlamps, but I'm thinking about getting some of the black-backed fender turn signals and I'd like to get some blacked out headlights to match.

    I originally just wanted to get the projectors, but I've heard so much bad about them.
    I read somewhere that marijuana effects the memory. For some reason I can't seem remember where I read that. -- max sideburn(aka torqstr)

    you can find black corner lights on ebay....as for the headlights, just blackhouse em yourself the DIY is on the board

          And if you don't feel like doing them yourself, they are consantly for sale around here, and often on ebay. Just keep looking, you'll stumble across some already done!

              There are also members on here that will sell those headlights pre-done, both in OEM and JDM forms.

              I'd recommend trying to DIY them first, since it'd be much cheaper.

                I Did It!!

                I did the black out, and it looks REALLY GOOD! at night with them on, they look like cat eyes!!! luckally, i have fog lights hooked up too, because i cant see worth crap without the fogs! i just masked a lil of the housing behind the lowbeams and it looks SICK!!

                    Sounds like you didnt mask enough, because my light output is just fine!Make sure to look at how others have blackhoused to get a good idea of what to mask.DIY es muy cheapo!!
