ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

tried this a long time ago....
these things look really sleek. i did this to my friends 03 camry. i just cut the molex connector off and soldered more wire so he could still move his seat as much as he wanted. then i went and got a battery pack and a switch and wired from the inverter to the switch then to the battery pack and tucked all the wires away as best i could. lasted for a while. but my friend being the messy guy he was, let some cans of soda roll around underneath his seats and the cathodes cracked. eitherway this was a good write up. now that i got some cash on hand im either gonna go with the cathodes or with some LEDs underneath the driver and passenger seats as well as underneath the dash pointing towards the pedals.

hmmmm ill have too check into this, i wonder what color would look good with the stock red/maroon interior. oo i dont know if anyone has seen it before but you can get some pc lights that look like they have water in them so it makes the light look like its shining through water, its pretty sick.

AIR is probably one of the best anime series ever. Heh. Well, next to Yami to Boushi to Hon no Tabibito, anyway...
Anime rocks.
Anyway I had a computer decked out with lights and stuff but I traded it off for my CB...
Let me see if I have this right... you get the cathodes, you splice the wires, lengthen them with speaker wire... gah I'm so confused! I know nothing of electronics!
But I want to do this so badly!!!
How do you wire them to a switch? And how to wire the on-off switch to the car's power source? Do you wire it to the battery? Like, directly to the battery? WTF?!?!

well from what i have understand, there is a light for your ash tray and you i guess splice the cathode light into that, or you just completely wire the cathode into that and forget the ash tray light, ill check this out probably thursday after tropical storm ernesto passes over, unfortunately tomorrows a complete waste cuz this thing is affecting me all day........

can you splice them to the switch for your headlights and shit. so when you turn the lights you turn the cathodes on. because i don't want em runnin when i don't have the lights on pretty much.
i might go look under my car and check.
but can i just splice the wires in for the lights right there after the lever thing?
or do i need to use it somewhere else?uh... if by overboosted you mean "right the fuck on" then, sure, it is.
