Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Chrome window trim.

    Anyone know where i can get the replacement chrome window trim from new? Or if there is a black set where i can get that. Thanks

    actually it's stainless steel..... ebay, the dealership, it's damn costly though. later.

      Believe it or not im buying some DX ones in Black for my LX cause I want Black but dont want just a painted set , sooo DX ones it is and YES they are Rediculous prices , check out Majestic Honda in RI ,,

        before going out and getting some new expensive ones, if you still have the old ones that are just in bad shape, if you want you can try a DIY flat black paint job on them? unless you don't even have the trim

            The pieces on the drivers side are ok, it's the passenger side thats messed up. Someone tried to break into the car before i got it using a screwdriver and dented the crap out of it.

              try taking it off and laying it flat on a piece if wood and use a hammer to beat the trim til it's flush against the wood. later

                i think you are talking abt the door pieces and he wants the trim thats on TOP of the car i.e. along the door line almost at the edge of the roof..and im pretty sure thats what he's talking abt cuz ive never seen any cb7's with black trim there..they have black trim on the doors tho..so hope im right lol..
