Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Lip....I know there are a million threads but...

    Hey,
    O.k I believe I have ample reason for making this thread so no flaming or else your going to get a dookie on your front porch in 2-3 days of your flaming post. anyway so if you can't tell by my side profile I live in canada. Now while reading all these threads about lips in which Uncle_EL replied to and put the URL to the original Lip thread, but then closed it. So I couldnt ask a question in those threads. So anyway here goes I was browsing those stores that are in that thread and despite looking through the bumper/ Front body kit I couldn't find a lip kit but only front parts of body kits. Anyway could somebody give me the specific URL to a store that sells the lip kits, also preferably one that is based in canada or one that ships to canada would be fine. I also am not picky about which manufacturer it is. also I hear that some people use garden edging.... anyone can hook me up with a couple of pictures or a DIY

      salvage yards/junkyards
      classified ads of this forum
      other forums

      www.streetrays.com is a source for the seemingly elusive greddy lip.
      www.ebay.com is a good source for the mugen style and type r style lips.

        hey man, im also in canada and having a hard time finding a lip
        went to a few stores... optionjdm said they dont have it in stock but they'll get it... who knows when

        im also looking for a place where i can get the lip quickly.... if u find it let me know

        just another thought.... would this fit ??

        i remember someone said tht it fits, but u have to cut the sides a lil bit... is tht true or do u have to modify more than tht ???

            Hahaha the gardening lip classic DIY. Its easy i have to go to another site to find the pics but hang on.

                Out of all those site's listed only about 1 of them carries the 90-91 lip... doesn't really matter but meh, and the other has the 94-97 greddy lip. Time for an update

                        yeah you can. but its not that that im worried about. just that some of those sites have nothing so I believe it would be in the best interest of uncle_EL to take those sites off.
