ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

    Suspension question.

I know this question isn't really about appearance, but; I've read the "lowering FAQ 101" guide on suspension, and I've decided i want the neuspeed sport springs. but in regards to struts i wanted to know what you guys think of KYB GR2's paired with these springs. I'm Kind of on a budget for the suspension setup...I'd really appreciate your feedback, thanks.

For neuspeed sport's those would be good. If you got neuspeed race then you might have a problem. But they are decent shocks for the price. Note they are replacement shocks... so it could be bouncy. But for sport's that's only an inch or so drop so you should be fine!

I have GR2's on my wagon, with Intrax springs, and they work really well.

gr2's are alright....they're a stock replacement strut basically, so the ride won't be as good as other strut replacements.

the drop sounds nice, its what i have the sport drop...and i'm running kyb agx's with the springs.

i would suggest at least upgrading to agx's because they're adjustable and create an overall pretty damn good ride.

kyb agx's shipped on ebay are about 300ish give or take.

if you need anymore information, feel free to PM.

Hey thanks alot guys, ya i think i'd rather go with non-replacement struts. i looked at the agx's, and i think they'll be perfect. Thanks again for the feedback!

GR2's are more of an aftermarket replacement type. They are good, but wont last in the long run with an extreme drop.
