Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

well if you paint a car after all the prepping and mixing which I think has been well covered you need to know how to lay down that paint.
I painted my own car it's the only car I've ever painted, The paint was mixed for me. It was du pont coach black mixed with the thinner and clear coat in it and some other stuff I cant really recall. So it was like a single stage paint job but the guy teaching me to paint said it was better to do it in three steps. So he told me to lay a qick layer over the whole car just to cover it. It didn't matter if some of the body showed through the paint. On the second coat though I had to take my time so I started at the roof and made my way around making sure to cover the whole car but also making sure I didn't lay it on too thick as to make the paint run. Then the third coat was like the first a quick coat covering the whole car. Also when painting do each stroke overlaping the other by about half way to keep an even coat. Make sure you you slightly kick out at the end of a stroke so you won't have lines where the stroke ended. And that's all I did.
I was very satisfied with the way it turned out. It had a good shine to it and looked grat over all. I get compliements to this day about how great it turned out. It did have orange peel but the guy that guided me through said i could buff it out which I didn't do check the sig =]

I have a question for painting with pearls.....Ive done a bit of research and I just wanna know if this is the correct way.
Assuming all prep work was done correctly.....You lay down your base coat....Then put the pearls in the clear coat and lay down a few of those....then you spray a few regular clear coats.....Is this the correct way or do you add the pearls at another stage.
Is there anything else that youd need or would need to do?....cuz honestly it seems too easy

Nevermind....Apparently to get a dry coat you gotta spray a bit farther away and a bit faster than regular....so pretty much a thinner coat....correct?
For example, when I paint metallic colours (in acrylic lacquer), to get the metallics even I do the final coat dry (basically the paint is almost dry when it hits the body) It makes the finish feel rough but that is fixed with light wet sanding.
All painters have their own methods, its really up to the person doing the job
