Ok so I want to change the color of my interior trim other than my dash to a none manufacturer color, any ideas on how to do this. A friend said paint it but I'm really not comfortable with the idea of painting it.white is the color I'm thinking because my exterior is the greenish color.

ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Interior trim color change

You can paint or wrap the vinyl and plastic parts. Cloth can be dyed, though that can get tricky (and it can make a mess if done with cheap stuff, or done incorrectly.)
Most interiors that have been painted or dyed usually end up looking cheap to me. I feel the only quality way to do it is to use vinyl wrap where possible, and replace all cloth with cloth (or leather) of the desired color. Granted, that's pretty labor-intensive, and extremely expensive if you pay to have it done professionally!
White interior could be tricky... and it will get dirty quickly.
I wouldn't suggest doing the dash in white, however. That will result in dangerous sun glare at times (which is why the cars with the light beige interior use a black dashboard.)

Thanks guys
Thanks for the info. Really wasn't thinking on changing the dash, but I could go with the same green as the exterior, an do everything else in a whit green mix. I was planing on buying seat covers once done an remove when I plan on showing off from time to time, but the rap sounds good an easy error to clean.

SEM makes a vinyl coating that did a remarkable job on the vinyl around the leather inserts in the door panels of Ruby; check out the photos in the MRT for the 90 LX.
Edit: Sorry, I didn't look at the link above, Jarrett has it covered.90 LX 4dr 5 spd 396,014 (sold 1/1/2022) - MRT: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=201450

I don't now
I was just looking at there color chart at SEM and there really isn't much to choose from, I may have an issue going that route finding the color that is 90% as close to my body paint. I been in contact with vinyl wrap companyso and haven't found one yet that will do interior. One I gain that info net will be to get an the seats done professionally.

I found a local auto upholstery shop that said they could have SEM custom blend a color; you might try that route.90 LX 4dr 5 spd 396,014 (sold 1/1/2022) - MRT: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=201450

It has held up well for more than a year on the panel on my door that my elbow is constantly against. The upholstery shop that originally introduced me to the stuff showed me a door panel he did on his van more than two years before and it showed no signs of wear.90 LX 4dr 5 spd 396,014 (sold 1/1/2022) - MRT: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=201450

Well in that case then it sounds good to me, I wouldnt mind getting the info to get the custom paint, or should I try a vender near myself. Plus I just emailed a appolster near me to get seat redone, an now I'm going to look for the carpet die, an now that I think about it I have to add the head board in my request for the quote.
