I recently aquired a set of fogs, however I do not have the brackets. I want to know if there is anyone out there that has installed using another bracket or some form of a home made set up. I know what the brackets look like and have basic fabrication skills, but just wanted to see if anyone has done just a common sense install with them.

ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

On the backside of the 92/93 bumper there is lines u use as a template to make the cut. Also if youhave the brackets there are mounting points on the back of the bumper as well. Link below has a video that will give you a visual description.

You could make a bracket using plumber's tape (it's not really tape). But it could be used to make a bracket for the fogs. I had the same problem, foglights with no brackets, and was looking into making some brackets for them. However, I was able to come up with some on the classifieds. Members here are extremely helpful and a lot of them have spare parts that they will let go of.
Try posting a WTB thread in the classifieds, that's how I was able to get the right brackets for my fogs.
Good luck finding what you need.

Originally posted by Hitchman View PostKeep your eyes peeled on ebay, once in a while brackets will pop up, they should definitely fit, just won't have the curvature of the jdm fogs, do you have the harnesses too? And the switch? I saw both of those on ebay recently and hondapartsnow has like one part of the harness I think tooLast edited by Jarrett; 02-04-2014, 12:10 PM.
