OEM Headlights w/clear corner look same as JDM one pieces?

Aside from the fact that it will not look as "whole" as JDM one pieces, would it technically look the same?

I do understand that OEM is made of glass and has nipples, but I am not looking to drop 300 on jdm one pieces.

Whether or not it looks the same will be up to you.

It does not look the same. The divide between the corners and main lenses will be quite obvious. Whether or not it looks good will be your own opinion... and it will determine the quality of materials and fitment.

You could always buy some cheaper aftermarket lights, do a quality projector retrofit, and run a properly set-up HID system. The whole thing might end up costing you $300, but you'll get far more for your money with that setup.

I think the amber corners look alot better than the JDM headlights anyway, but that is just my opinion. I hope you could use my 2 cents.

here are my OEM headlights with clear corners. not the same at all but its $20 vs. $300..

Honestly, I liked the look of my car best with amber corners. I got my JDM one pieces with Audi projector retrofit and BMW HIDs because... well... I fell into a good deal (and helped a friend buy his car... which is now WAY better than mine!)
Someday, I may actually go back to amber corners and a good HID projector retrofit in some clean stock glass... maybe JDM nipple-less lights...

I don't know if this will help at all but here's what the clear corner lenses looked like on my car before I took my OEM headlights and did a black housing and painted the high beam reflectors yellow.

Also the high beam and low beam bowls are different sizes and shaped slightly different on usdm lights. The bowl inside the headlights adjust as opposed to the whole headlight moving, this means high and low beams can be adjusted differently. EDM and JDM 2 piece headlights are like this as well

The gap between the headlight and corner light is pretty obvious but isnt a killer look wise. I personally think the amber corners look too but it all really just depends on the style and look your going for.

Really want clear corners but the eBay ones are super expensive to ship to Canada.

I can really tell the difference now . I'll probably ride with clear corners until I have a decent amount of money to purchase JDM one pieces and blackhouse them.

I just sold a set of blackhoused 9293 JDM headlights for $275 shipped to he US from Canada.

Shipping was $75.

Ehh, I don't care for the 1 pc headlights personally. They aren't correct for our LHD cars. I had a set on my car once. Didn't really do anything for me.

I sold the ones I just had for $200. Pretty reasonable price I think. They came on a parts car I bought.
