Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    to the owners of G-Squared grills

    I scored a G-Squared grill, maybe a rep, but i dont mind. it looks cool, and its something to set me apart from all the other lowered CB7s around my area. to any of the guys here using these grills, my question is this:

    i painted the mesh part gloss black, but havent decided if i was going to paint the fiberglass portion gloss black, or color match it frost white to match the rest of my front end...

    opinions? pics?

      As deev said its your car. Paint to your liking. Mine is color matched to my car and i think it looks ok. I was going to paint it black but i think it would seem like if it had no grill since your mesh is black already. Just my .02.

          haha, i used to think that looked cool, but all the eg and ek guys kinda played it out too much. lips, roof rack fairings, rear views, even hoods and front bumpers. it looks tacky to me now.

                2. If it is the real deal, chrome it.
                3. If it's NOT the read deal, chrome it!

                Na, do whatever you want to it. Personally I like color matching.

                            I have two. One burgundy, and the other one is primed black. When I get my car repainted, the burgundy one will become the same color as the car. I'll keep my black one on ice, and leave it primed black.

                              thanks red falcoln, that white cb is dope as coke. those grills really do change the front end look quite a bit.
