Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

96-00 civic ek side markers fit???

    96-00 civic ek side markers fit???

    I was on eBay and I saw they had some 96-00 side markers and they stated they where the same as cb7 ones?? Is this true??

    as long as u cut the hole for the side marker the same size as the lens itself. it will fit. it all comes down to your cuts.
    no they are not the same size as cb ones. they are a little bit longer. u are easily misled if u believe that cb ones are same as ek. cb ones are the same size as bb1-4 sidemarkers
    i have ek ones fitted on my car in the sig.

      Yea I found hard to believe they were the exact same ones as for a cb, I know I could basically fit any sidemarker just like u said cut the hole to the sidemarker but I rather go with oem cb ones, good to know the bb1 are the same I didn't know this

        Yeah, basically it doesn't matter what sidemarker to what car goes where. They all will fit regardless. You can put a VW or Audi or whatever on your CB.

        By the way your in the wrong section. This has absolutely nothing to do with audio or electronics.

          True but theres nothing better than oem and the correct ones hahaha
          Oh dam for real this is more of an appearence section

            I like the S2k sidemarker personally. If I were to get some it would definitely be those.

            And yeah, its in the appearance section now... I could have sworn it was in the audio/electronics section. Maybe a mod moved it? Or maybe I'm just trippin lol.

              yeah i know 92 prelude bodystyle and ek are the same ... me personally i have crx side markers on my cb7 .. altho i plan on getting legit cb7 ones soon ..

                My old CB had EK sidemarkers if you want some pictures of them installed on a CB.

                    correction 97-00 preludes and eks are the same. cb and 93-96 preludes are the smaller ones.
