Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Did the lx model come with a sunroof from factory?

    I am wondering if you could get a 1992 accord lx with a sunroof from the factory? I saw one on my local cl and it has a sunroof and the guy said its original? Its just like the ex sunroof too not the little flip up one. So could you get a lx with a sunroof from the factory?
    1993 accord lx coupe 5 speed f22a1 all stock for now.

        Ok thanks guys i didnt think it did. So since its aftermarket i should check for leaks and how the sunroof works and everything?
        1993 accord lx coupe 5 speed f22a1 all stock for now.

          You should double check whatever you feel like you should double check. If you feel sketch about it then most definitely make sure everything is everything.

          You should make sure the seller is posting the shit correctly as well. Ask him again to make sure what trim level the Accord is. I can't tell you how many times I see Accords on CL and the seller posts the incorrect trim level. It may be an EX and the seller doesn't know and posts it as an LX. Ask him if it has rear discs, that should tell you right there (unless somebody did a disc swap but thats unlikely).

            I have pics of it and it has the lx emblem and steel wheels with hubcaps on them and i had him send me a pic of the sunroof switch and it is most def aftermarket.

              stay away from aftermarket sunroofs!!

              the factory design is far superior.

              i have seen literally a COUPLE of roof swaps and they were done legit =D

                The sunroof on the car u r lookin at proll pops upwards, not down and back like a electric one. You already got ur answer b4, some1 prolly added it. There's. Cb here, 2 actually in my city with aftermarket roofs. Pop up only.

                  Im pretty sure its not pop up only. There are two different buttons on the switch you can pop it up and slide it or just slide it into the roof like the ex sunroof and im pretty sure the sunroof was added on by asc atleast thats the label thats on the switch.
