Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    What (1992 Accord EX Coupe Special Edition) did I buy?

    The VIN and Autocheck say its a 1992 Accord EX Coupe. It has 2 doors.
    It has 17" 5 spoke wheels.
    Interior is cloth. Radio missing.
    The plaque on rear spells out Special Edition. Doesn't say EX.
    The Ground effects look like something made for racetrack.
    It has a spoiler (wing), not huge.
    Am I missing something here? I can find no reference that says a car can be both.

    So it's an EX and obviously the Special Edition emblem was added on, because a real SE is either a 1991 sedan or 1993 sedan/coupe and only has an "SE" badge under the right tail light. All SE's had leather and F22A6 engines, among a couple other unique features not important to this topic.

      And none of that stuff like the spoiler or ground effects have anything to do with a trim level. The spoiler may have been factory depending on what it is It the ground effects were added later. You've got a regular '92 Accord coupe. Welcome to the club, literally.

        and Cb's didint come stock with 17" rims, either 14" or 15". They came stock with a factory radio. welcome

          Looks like you didn't actually buy a special edition after all. The original owner just added what are most likely after market parts, and put an SE logo on the back. Can you show us a picture?

            And the 93.SE. Was the only fourth Gen with a passenger airbag.

              YEP!
              Got two spacial colors, green or silver
              Tan leather, bose audio, sedan had pass airbag, f22a6, special rims, and it was only in auto.

                The 93 SE Sedan was the only CB with a passenger airbag. The coupe did not have it. They put on the special SE Coupe spoiler instead.

                  Yeah exactly, what color is it? This will most likely tell you if its an SE. They only came in two colors, Atlantis Blue Pearl and Cashmere Silver Metallic to be specific.

                      x2 A pic would help. However, from the sounds of it, you have just an ex with add ons from the previous owner. Also, you would be able to tell by what engine is in it and with that in mind, if it is stick shift that gives it away that it is not an SE. The only way that would be is if it were converted.
