ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

you arent low enough to roll but if you are planning on lowering which i hope you are then you will need slimmer tires ( 190 or less depending ) for a roll. you will mostlikely have to do flares because your tire is too wide as it sits now.

if u take off the wheel spacers u might beable to get away with a roll but u wont be close to flush with a drop that is.

Slimmer tires and roll the fenders, good luck finding a set of fender flares for the CB but if you do, be sure to send me a set too

you can flare the fender without buying fender flares...

Rolling the fender won't help... the wheels stick out WAY too far. You'll need to flare the fenders, or run extreme negative camber.

Either way, those wheels can't possibly be safe...

Mercyboy had or has a set of flares that maybe just the right spec for you . Check out his MRT and notice the 7th pic in the thread. Hes a cool guy read through his thread or simply PM him and ask what kind they are and where. I'll leave you the link .. Take the spacers out and they may tuck in to the flare. Good Luck.

They're 4x108 to 4x114.3 adapters. Best thing to do would be to get rid of the wheels and buy some properly offset 4x114.3 wheels.

If you're dead set on those wheels, lower your car and see how they fit. THEN see if you need your fenders rolled or fender flares.

you tyre size is correct for you rims size dont listen to people saying it is safe to streach a smaller tyre on a wider rim just to tuck mod the body and be safe or better yet get a better off set rim

im not gonna advocate stretching tires, as it really depends on your application and how ridiculous you get with it. ive been running mild to moderate stretches for the past 3.5 years with absolutely no problems.

to the OP that is similar poke to the poke i had on my 15x8 +0s when i test mounted them. With a decent amount of camber off of the SPC rear camber kit, and a slight pull on my fenders with a fender roller i fit everything fine. all i did was massage out the body line that runs about an inch over the fender so that the fender flares out some..

                        I went from this:

                        to this:

that looks dope. adapters arent the safest way to have a wheel on the car too. if there cheap the nuts can come lose easily allowing your tire to slowly work its way off.

yea i rocked adapters for a while too when i had the Scion (5x100 pcd sucks), gotta use quality ones, and use all the proper hardware.

i ran adaptec for adapters, great quality stuff.

Those looked terrible, imo. Ronald's 240SX flares, that didn't wrap completely around the wheel arch, looked excellent. That, or get some better fitting wheels and find a pro to roll the fenders.
