Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

Decent kit to go with Morimoto D2S Projectors

    Decent kit to go with Morimoto D2S Projectors

    The title says it all. I need a decent kit that i can use with the Morimoto D2S projectors that will do the job but not at the price that the retrofit source is selling them for.

    Im looking to spend about $100.00.

    Any help would be appreciated.

        im working on the projectors now. kit should be in next week. i will let you know once they are in

          those hids are preety damm good for the price, mine havent failed once ive had mine since last year on the cb7 and had a civic a while back with the same type of hids for 2years without any problems,

              almost there man. i work 40 hour weeks so it is a slow process. I am in the final steps of painting and then i just have to seal them.

                as promised here is my follow up.

                The kit works great. perfect output. I did have 1 problem with it and that is the relay harness they sent me did not function. I ordered a new one from a store in the us and now the kit is working perfectly.

                Output: Great output from the kit no complaints there.

                Design: I hate the fact that they are chrome. they get stained easily. The good part is they are fairly small so you can hide them easily.

                The kit is great for the price it comes at. I ordered the 55w one and it came out to about $95.00 with a wiring harness and mounting brackets.

                They provide a life time warranty with their kit so you do not have to worry about purchasing another kit any time soon.

                I highly recommend the kit.
