Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Does 94-97 accord suspension fit?

    Does anyone know if I buy some shocks and springs from a 94-97 accord will it fit our cb7's?

    Yes.

      Fun Fact: 90-02 Accords Most suspension parts are interchangeable.

      And as stated above, not that I needed to reiterate but Yes.

        Wow lol.. So your telling me I can grab some springs meant for an 02 accord and it will fit as if it were made for 92???

          1990-1997.


          When I purchased my Skunk2 springs/struts way back when, they shipped me 1998 4cyl springs. They weren't even close to correct.

                So the 6th Gens are diff slightly then. I thought they were similar to preludes at least the knuckles and the like. I guess I am wrong then about the 6th Accord. My apologies on that on the :/

                  so can I pull the spindle and hub assembly thing off a 6th gen and use it to do a 5 lug swap?

                        I don't believe u can do that. I'm sure if that was possible somebody would of done it by now.

                            i used 02 Acura TL front knuckles complete to do my 5 lug swap

                            would that count as 6th gen

                              He was referring to swapping 6th suspension onto a CB for a 5 lug convert. I don't know if thats possible. I've only seen cats use Odyssey and Prelude parts for a conversion, never seen or heard of anyone using any other methods. Not saying its not possible, I am far from a professional in that area. Dude just said he used TL parts so 6th gen parts may be an option, IDK.
