Hey guys, I've been reading about a lot of different ways that people try to make their interior black. The carpet ill switch out, but the seats seem to be an issue. No one really reccomends painting them. So I was wondering if anyone has tried going with those "semi custom seat covers" on ebay. Let me know please

ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

ebay seat covers?

Ebay doesn't make or sell anything... so we don't know what you're referring to.
Any seat cover that just slips over the existing fabric and is tied in place is going to look awful.
Any seat cover that actually replaces the stock fabric probably won't be cheap, and it will be fairly involved to install. I would STRONGLY suggest getting a trusted quality brand, such as Katzkin, for this. Any cheapie brand may not fit properly, and it may be much more difficult to install. The extra cost of quality is well worth it in this case.

Like he said eBay it's self doesn't sell anything. You can message the sellers to ask them questions if ur not familiar with them.1993 10th Anniversary MRT

Oh wow haha so much for my first post being smart in someway. What u guys are saying makes a lot of sense, I was honestly just trying to find the cheaper route, my car has a loooong way to go. But okay I Will look into the solaris for the direct swap. Maybe they'll have armrests . Everyone else your input is much appreciated. I've already learned so much about my car in less than a week of joining. Thanks again

the best way would be finding an se but as its been said they are rare and if you do find one prices may not be what your willing to spend as a cheaper alternative you can try these iggee actually cuts the seat covers according to oem specs they are still slip on covers but more custom than the ones sold on ebay its 195 for a pair so for both front and rear your looking at around 400 these covers are alot more custom since they are for a specific make-model not jus a specific seat typ i.e.bench, bucket either way finding se seat or possibly reupholstering the car are the best option the iggee is just a cheap alternative you may want to look into http://www.iggee.com/shop.cart?actio...ccode=HND00012I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.
