ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Projector Head Lights and Bumper light EBAY Combo

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ht_5615wt_1165

Okay so I bought the projector combo on ebay. Got the lights on. But the bumper lights don't look like they will fit. Has anyone had this problem or purchased this item? If so, what do I need to do to get them on? Thanks

those appear to be 90/91 bumper lights. dunno about the headlights, whether or not they are 90/91 or 92/93.....

Yeah they pretty much didn't advertise that correctly because the 90/91 bumper lights are different from 92/93. The headlights will work regardless.

the headlights will work. but they are flatter on the inside where the light meets the grill on 90-91 cb7. so if you have the 92-93 grill, there will be a gap.

Well I am deployed right now. SO I had to buy them and have someone put them on cause my wife needed to do a safety inspection. So I haven't seen the product. Just going by what the guys told me that put them on. SO far though headlights are good just the bumper light won't fit. but I will see when I get home next month...I update..

Does anyone know where is the best place to purchase clear bumper light for 92? It seems e-bay will send me whatever they have available.

Ebay doesn't sell a damn thing. Find a seller that has what you need, and verify that it's the correct part. If they can't verify, move on and find another seller. Also, check all the cheapie ricer aftermarket part websites... that's where you'll find all that lame shit.

Also, those headlights are absolute garbage. The output from those cheap projector lights is so poor that it's bordering on dangerous. Waste of money, IMO.

Oh well, I guess I gotta stay away from E-bay.
I assummed on-line stores and e-bay are selling same stuff.
Now, my question is where to get clear bumber light?
                        I gotta do more searching.

OEM housings with HIDs is a bad choice as well... the glare is terrible, and it blinds oncoming drivers. A projector retrofit is necessary (projectors made for HIDs, not cheapo ebay halogen projectors.)

HID projectors (projectors MADE for HIDs) are what you need to use with HIDs.
