ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

    Need help with Headlights!

Hey everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has experience or simply knows from somewhere else on how to make the yellow look on the high beam side of the headlights. I was wondering if its a 3000k bulb, or if you somehow need to modify it from the inside. If someone has any idea or even a step-by-step description on how to do it, please it would be greatly appreciated! Thanx a lot guys!

U can do it a couple of different ways. U can either buy the yellow bulb for the highbeam. They don't cost much and it makes the actual light that emits from the bulb yellow. The other way is to open up your headlights and paint the back reflecting part of the headlight yellow with yellow glass paint. I suppose the advantage to the second way is that the highbeam of your headlight stays yellow 24/7 regardless if the lights are on or not. The first way is only yellow when the high beam is turned on (actually even when they are off if you catch the car at different angles the yellow bulb color will shine off of the rear reflector, making the entire high beam assembly appear yellow). There are DIY's on this (actually u should search "black housing headlights" and it will tell you how to open your headlights up and paint the highbeam) just use the search.

Thanx a lot man. I was thinking about getting the bulbs, but i really wanted that 24/7 look on em regardless weather or not the high beams were on... I just didnt know how to open them safely without the seals permanently leaking afterwards... If you know how to overcome that just let me know, ill go search around for the DIY's you mentioned! Thanks again man!

Go to a craft shop (Michaels or some other shit) and get Krylon glass paint.
