ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Z32 have powered seats. You will need to run power to them. They are also set very low in the car so they will have to be modified. Your going to need to weld new brackets for them to sit right. You're also going to need to figure how to mount your seatbelts if you're not going with a harness.
Anything can be done with time, money and ingenuity.
I use to own a Z32. I liked the seats comfort and sporty feel when driving aggressively.
Good luck if you go forward with this.

Honestly, based on the questions you're asking... I would go to a shop that does custom welding... perhaps a shop that builds performance cars... and have them do it for you. You clearly don't have the first clue about what you're doing. If you do this incorrectly, you could be putting your life in danger.
As for power, that's going to have to be all custom. CBs don't have power seats, so there is no wiring made for it. That's all on you.
For what it's going to take, I'd spend the money on some inexpensive (but quality) aftermarket seats, such as the Corbeau A4.

from what i've gathered from other people's posts, to make the 300zx seats fit you will need to find some way to mount the cb7 seat bracket to the 300zx seat via welding or some other form of fabrication. if they sit too low like one member posted then you're gonna have to play around with the bracket a little to get it to set right in the cb7. be smart with this because, as someone's already pointed out, your life is at stake if you mess it up.We are all ricers, it just depends what flavor rice you are.
Minitrucker by heart, CB7tuner by coincidence.
