ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Technically you have the fender, front bumper and the wheel well cover to really give the air filter a good hidding spot, away from heat, water and heavy dirt accumulation.

Nice clear pics. Your car looks great. I see Koni yellow shocks. What springs are you running?

$1000 for door hinges and $15 for a camber kit. ........ It's a good thing those camber adjusters have a 5 yrs warranty. Or I would have said that they were cheap POS

While I am not a fan of lambo doors...I will say good job

BTW I have those horns and I can tell first hand they are shit...not loud at ALL! One of our OEM horns is louder than both of those things...I even tried running the air hose to just one (double the air to one horn) and still did not help. They are actually...more lame sounding than our OEM wimpy horns...hard to believe but true. I need to find an old LTD Vic and pull the horns off it...THAT would get attention!

I know the kit is a lot of money but I guess that any major vehicle modification of high quality doesn't come cheap. Its an investment to your own modified CB7. The type of lowering springs that I installed are Intrax. So far I don't have any thing negative to say about the springs.

About the air horns, I respect your opinion. I guess its a personal preference. I personally find it much louder than the toy looking, high pitch sound factory horns. I do however, have another type set of air horns with its own set of chrome horns, one stroke motorize air compressor and mid size air tank. Unfortunately, because of the size of this air horn kit, I could not find decent space available inside the engine bay for installation so I had to settle for something smaller. Thanks...

Thanks for your reply guys. Definitely I would post pics when everything is completely done. For your cb7 wagon, you should encourage yourself in fixing it up to your own personal liking. Thanks...

personal pref? Not really...the decibels are less than the OEM ones. I wasn't knocking your style man, just letting you know they are not louder than the OEM...they are actually quieter.

I know for a fact because I compared them side by side...unless you got a different kit than what I got where did you get them? I know the place I got mine has a dual horn kit (I got that one...sucks) and a single horn, not sure how loud that one is.

Sometimes is not how loud it can be but about the personal choice the owner makes based on size, affordability and personal selection. In my case, its about size and personal selection. I need it to look for something different than just factory and size was a major issue, so I had to settle for what is installed in the vehicle now, smaller in size. This is the original kit that was supposed to have being installed.

                            THANKS.. No problem here...
