ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

    Prelude Sawblades question

Hi People, I have a set of prelude sawblades waiting for my car to get out of workshop, and wanted to ask, wich tire size would be perfect for stock height?, I wuz thinking on 195/60 or 195/55, since I dont plan on lowering the car cuz I like the stock height for the lame roads here on Chile.

So if anyone can help i'd love to hear. =)

    Greetings.

205/55 is the ideal size which would retain your speedometer and would suit the width of the wheel

Thanks everyone for the data on the wheels, I'll be going for 195/55/R15 then

As I said before, Thanks =)

            Greetings

edit: at stock height the wheels don't rub anything right¿?

They should not rub at all at stock height. But if you go with 195/55/15, your speedometer will read 3.2% too fast as the diameter will be smaller than the normal stock size. I would recommend going sticking with the stock size 195/60/15. or if you want slightly wider tires like others have suggested, 205/55/15 (will read 1.4% too fast but that's not much).

Why not use 195/60? That's the correct size for the rim and car.

sorry for not responding, kind of forgot bout, the posts, and i wasn't recieving notifications to my email err, my car has 195/60 stock, on 14 inch wheels, not 15, that's why i'm kind of worried that the 15 will rub on 195/60
