unless you do a back conversion there's a member here that did it

sorry man but the back sides were slightly different from 90-93...you would be better off just grabbing another stock set and putting them in there..however if you do want to do the conversion go for it, but it in my opinion it would be too much work just for a different style of tail lights

In addition, there are no aftermarket tail lights available for 92-93 coupes. If you swap trunk lids with a sedan, you're able to get anything under the sun.

This only applies for 92-93 Accords. All 90-91 coupe and sedan tail lights are the same. Check out the 90-91 vs. 92-93 Pictoral Difference thread to ID the other model differences.

trunk swap should take less than an hour. Really easy.

I had a 91 sedan. Hated the stock lights. Bought red/clears. Got bored, but a 93 sedan trunk with a stock spoiler on it. Got bored with that and then put a 93 coupe trunk on it and then added a VW Jetta flushmount spoiler.

Yeah. The coupe tailights curve in where as the sedan tail lights just stop and stay flat.
