Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

      lol to *not* half ass things. so that means complete coilovers with adjustables, or quality springs, at the least. I've heard good things about the D2's, and that they're even okay on stock struts, but I'd probably run OEM damper replacements, such as AGX's or GR2's or something? idk...

      I'm def. gonna drop the thing, just don't know with what. That'll be after the exterior shit, which will be soon because tax returns come as early as I can send them out

        Not a big fan of the slammed look so I would get lowering springs but save for the right setup! What's the plan for the spokes? Keeping them white or painting them?

          I'm taking your guys' advice. Actually picked up 2 cans of krylon anodized metallic bronze spray today, new sandpaper, and 2 cans of gray primer on my way home today!! I forgot to mention that. So, we'll see how they look after the weekend. I already have some flat fusion spray to use on the headlights, will be doing those next after the trunk swaparoo. Then gonna order the rest of the shit when i have the funds to toss around

            here's the exact rundown lol NOT including the trunk/tails:
            6k hid conversion kit
            true amber corners with reflectors, $45, from jdmcarboy
            oem bumper lights (since i can't remove the paint on them..it's reallllly on there)
            miscellaneous exhaust parts like a new hanger, new clamp that i need
            blackhouse the headlights
            9005 yellow hi beams from luminics halogen
            bronze metallic stocker spokes
            amber sidemarkers (i found the CD ones to be my favorite but we'll see)
            front upper strut bar

            total for all that stuff, comes to around $180-200. ebay ftw well for most of the stuff, anyway.

              Not bad, I would sell you my amber corners but it took me forever to find them(reflectorless)! And we should swap wheels...then, you paint the new ones gold!

                  go with 50/50 tail lights, drop it, put a cd5 front lip, black housed front headlights, amber corners and it will look clean as fawk..oh yeah and definately handle that rust under the hood first..rust= no bueno my friend
