Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Water in Taillights

    What up everyone i have a 93 coupe and everytime i wash my car or it rains i am getting alot of water inside my taillights especially my outside it looks like about 1/2 inch of water in my taillight. I never encountered this problem with my past CB7's. What should i do guys????

    Sounds like a failed taillight gasket. (Very common) Go from there.

      what i did was get the gasket out, clean it, put a bead of silicon along it , and it worked. but replacing also works

          After re-sealing mine, they still like to do it. I don't think I went carefully enough around the driver's side lense. So just make sure when you do it there's no pre-existing moisture built up inside. After that, you should be good

            I had the same problem, even after opening them n re-sealing them. I ended up drilling a 1/8 hole at the bottom of them, worked better.

                      both of the accords i own had that exact same problem. I took out the lights cleaned the crap out of the area, then resealed them with silicon. Then when bolted in i sealed it again on the top of the light (you see this part when u open the trunk). For some reason it was leaking into my trunk so yeh, thats how i dealt with it, no problems to this day

                          I've had this problem as well, although like a few others, I get small puddles in my trunk. Guess it's time to rug-doctor the carpet and re-seal the lights.

                            Just Put New Oem Seals On The Tailamps And You Will Be Fine. Never Had A Lick Of Problems With Water In The Trunk Or In The Lamps After That.
