there is a lot of exhaust that are good like apexi, megan, flowmaster this one, and a lot more. but all of them are really expensive. some of the exhaust set up cost more than what the owner got the car for. lol.

Go on ebay and there is cheap cat backs for less or around $100 and some say that they are not half bad, butif you have the money then go w/ magnaflow, it is my personal favorite lol

If you want a clean look and quiet sound get a ws2 but its not the best for proformance for the money. I love the ws2

I got a $400 2.5" stainless piping kit with a 22" Magnaflow resonator and a large Oval Magnaflow muffler and at first it was pretty nice-sounding but after 55,000 miles the track abuse have made it pretty loud and has some raspiness ar > 50% throttle ar ~3000 rpm. Suposedly Magnaflow has a lifetime warranty on all their mufflers but I've not tried to pursue them for a replacement. I don't know if they cover "tone" or just physical damage lke rust.

I think I might spring for one of the "twin loop" mufflers out there when I replace the muffler as I've heard those keep the raspiness out better.

Being stainless, it should never rust. But I've never liked Magnaflow's tone.

The WS2 sounds much better, and isn't really all THAT restrictive. However, the piping is mild steel, and will eventually rust. It depends what your power goals are, and how important a quiet car is.

i bought a megan racing type 2 exhaust, its 2.5' straight through piping with an oval muffler. its sounds sick little loud(i love it) but only under wot and its mostly at the higher rpms and since its 2.5 its not restrictive. no dyno to tell you "real" gains but to me there was a huge diffrence. but im also swapped with some bolt-ons so i realy needed the flow. its also runs in the 400-500 range and is fully SS with great welds and build quailty.

Edit:***just looked on meganracing.com and the price has dropped to 359.95 thats 80 bucks or so less then when i bought it a year ago.
