depends on where you live. from what i found online, it looks like winnipeg only has a safety test when you go to insure your car, then you never have to do it again. and as long as it isn't so dark as to block out all the light i'm sure they wouldn't be dicks about it, because quite a few of the winnipeg car laws i found had the disclaimer: "If your vehicle is older then June 1, 1993 the bylaw does not apply to you." after it.Originally posted by JACCORD01 View Post96 mx-6, needs work...

From what i've read so far on here with the people that have smoked them you run the chance of being messed with. Some cops don't do anything about it and some will say something. It really depends on how dark you go. Some people have taken the reflectors out of them also but with that they just say to watch where you park at night because you be seen easily by other drivers.Originally posted by JACCORD01 View PostComment
