ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Eliminate the sagging front bumper problem?

As the title suggests, I am looking for some tips as to how to eliminate the ole sagging front bumper. What I mean by that is, you know how whether you done a OEM bumper swap or not, sometimes the front bumper cover tends to sag a little under the headlights or on the corners where the 2 phillip head screws go.

To me when you have everything on your car 100%, that slight little gap between the bumper and the body of the car tends to stand out! I am looking for someone here who has found a way to correct this....help

Have someone push up on the bumper while you tighten all the bolts.

Thats what i did this pass weekend, i put on a 92-93 bumper turns out to have a ugly gap on the corner and all i did is push it in hard enough to get it on the right spot and i used a two screws to hold it in place

        i did this yesterday....should have made a d.i.y.
but i took the paint stick from lawe's
        broke it in four peaces
then put the peaces between the bumper clip thats under the headlight and the end clip(i used three of the four)
push the bumper up and drill the peaces down with screws(the peaces are under the bumper cover)
        then put the clips in
gap would be gone under the headlight and you wont see the peaces of stick

Surprisingly enough my 91 has no gap =/. BUT! I would follow the previous suggestions and have someone hold it tightly while you tighten the screws that hold it in place. I would also suggest running zipties through the ends of the bumper since the clips that originally came on it tend to let go a little towards the end of their lives... *Or buy new ones from Majestic Honda...*

            Hope that helps
