Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    my headlights are pissing me off!!

    ok.
    my headlights and corners dont line up by about a mile and i want to replace the lamp and keep the amber corners. easy enough.

    my problem is that i dont know if my headlights are from a 92 or if my corners are from a 92.

    i just need to know if i need to order just the lamp or if i need to track down new corners as well if they turn out to be from a 90-91.

    is there an easy way to tell which year my corners are meant for?

              how can you tell just by looking at my sig?

              i have no idea where to spot the differences.
              they all the look the same to me

                Reflector size is one. I personally think the 9293s look longer. Its an acquired eye, i guess. Ive been looking at them since i was a kid, and ive been able to tell the differences ever since. I could even tell you if it was 9091 or 9293 at night.
                You just have to look at them more often. Youll eventually get the eye.

                  The bumper as well. 9293 having the amber, curved bumper lights, whereas the 9091s have clear, flat lights.

                      Im glad mike got it for you.

                      Now my lazy ass doesn't have go go grab my 9091s out of the basement and take pics of them next to the 9293s.

                        Drew, you have 9293 corners on your 91, do you not?

                        And correct me if im wrong, but i thought you had to either have a 9091 front or a 9293 front, you couldnt switch parts...
