ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Project "Black Ops" Operation Nite Light opinions??

I got bored today, So i thought id put in a little work to my Honda project "Black Ops".. its been a while since i worked on her, seems like the girl and step son's cars have been getting all my free time.. So today i locked myself in the shop and went to work. ive been wanting to shave up the trunk for a while now and finally got to it.. not sure if im going to shave the outside lights yet and just run two 12" LED strips, but i knew i need to get this done so when i paint it i can run my graphix and murals down the trunk with out have to split it up for the lights.and i didnt want to lose my trunk key lock, as i know as soon as i did, the cable would break and i wouldnt be able to get it to open.. well sorry to run on.. let me know what you think.. comments and opinions are always welcome.. Thank you and have a nice day..

looks good man. Not my style tho but im glad your finally working on her. The key lock hole is pretty sweet tho. What did you use to make the hole beveled like that.

i accually ran by pick your part looking for something that would work.. turns out every car made that has that shape key hole is made of plastic.. however, behind the licence plate on the ford thunderbird is the perfect shap.. i cut it off and drilled the hole. worked out pretty good.. unfortunally my friend at the shop next door had the right size dimple die and i could have just pressed out a new one, but what the hell. it all about the adventure right ?? lol
