looks good I remember the first time I saw this done back in 2006. If you live in an area like the woods or surbs I guess it helps but in the city it's not needed it's more for looks.

man that would be perfect were i live. im out in the country most of the time so backing onto roads in the woods with no light and tinted windows can be a pain and i hate sticking my head out the door/window when it is 5f outside.

id rather have bright lights so they slow down...plus its not like you are driving down the road in reverse. reverse lights are still white so i dont see the problem?

It is illegal....they dont make HIDS for reverse light purposes....

it is a matter of time before you get a ticket.....somewhere somehow a cop will notice and not approve.

Im not hating but it ticks me off when people disregard saftey for personal gain.

I cant see how its that hard to see at night with regular reverse lights. Thats just my opinion.

I agree thats pretty sick. I would use it when I'm waiting in a drive thru.. I hate big trucks that pull up behind you with their lights going right into my mirrors.

I don't see how this would be revenge considering that a trucks lights hit your mirror due to their height. What are you going to do, throw it in reverse wait for the H.I.D to warm up and blind their grill?

well.. if it was on a switch you wouldnt have to throw it in reverse. Most people are decent and notice when their lights are in the mirrors of the people in front of them and turn them off. But sometimes theres some kid driving his dads lifted F250 and it would be nice to flip the switch and give them a little taste of it. Cmon.. an hid in your tail lights.. thats rad. Its not like he went out and spent a lot of money for this mod. He had it laying around and was tired of not being able to see. I have tint in my windows and I know how it goes.
