ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Is there any cup holder mods?

I hate how the cup holder are in my car. They are too small and my Moster/Rockstar drink keeps on hitting my deck. Any one knows a good cup holder mod beside those cheap one that hangs on the door?

Get rid of them with the DX delete plate, and wedge your drink between the seat and the console. It works better.

dremel it out, i believe the cup holder already has a little quarter inch line around each hole that you can follow.

Make a recessed hole in it to drop the drink down. Or just have someone hold the drink. Also do you drink the the xxl monsters cause the normal ones clear?

                          "DX delete plate" eh....

I say remove or "delete", get yourselg a big hole cuttin bit, and cut directly into the console beneath where the holder is.

The bigger armrests had an insert you could use, but again, it wasnt any bigger than a soda can. Someone posted up once that when our cars came out, Japan was big on the little drinks, and they fit perfect. Plus, eating/drinking your car wasnt that popular. Not to mention, drinks were smaller back then.

interesting thing is if you're constantly running into the situation of not fitting your huge ass super sized soda in your cup holder then you have bigger problems; heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes from your soda binges!

I only run into this problem every now and then with thos super sized drinks but i rarely get such a big size and the normal medium fits fine.

Thats what i meant. Back in 1992, ppl didnt constantly have massive drinks in their cupholders for prolonged periods of time. If they had anything, it was small or only for the trip home.

"No eating/drinking in the car FTW" anyway.
