Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    i dont like those lights and if you put 50 50"s then the front should be clear 2 2 me it looks better.. im keeping mine stock and adding ambers to the front.. bcuz i have clear

      I had "rice" tails installed on mine. Looked kinda cool on ebay, but looked very cheap on the car. So I tossed them and got red/clears. Much more happy wit those results. IMO, getting the euros is like trying to change the look of the whole car just in the lights, hence the "cheap" comment stated earlier. Like others have stated, it's your car so do what you like. However, if you are looking for opinions, I think most here would advise against them. my .02

          Beyond. people from the government will find people who have those and they will hurt them. unless a car is called a Lexus IS300 or a Toyota Altezza there is no reason it should have chrome tail lights.

              HA!!!! Someone noticed. Good catch, ricr3boi. Notice the right hand drive toyota/lexus next to it. They were both mine when I lived there...

                    these kind of lights are usually the first thing that someone notices about any car that has them.

                    and the first thought that comes to mind is usually "RICER"
                    the last thing that comes to mind is "Classy upgrade"

                    there are only a few cars in my opinion that look good with Altezza lights and the CB is not one of them.

                    but, to each their own....

                      dont do it. Get red/clears and tint them.

                        IMO any type of alteeza lights are rice, just my .02

                          thx guys. well i decided to pass on them and went to the jy and got a bunch of parts i needed instead. i think imma save up for a trunk swap and do the red clears. itll be a while tho. working on upgrading my intake mani for now.
