Yes I will be VERY careful installing it. Next time it's getting powder coated.

And no, no port or anything. That'll come later. Probably when I pull the head and do the internals down the road.

I am seriously impressed with the workmanship. Are you planning on doing this to the rest of the engine? I also agree that a combination of the semi-gloss, and a little bit of either polished, or semi polished contrast would really set off your engine bay.

I'll ask, but most likely he can. They are made out of bass and I think he offers them in a couple of different colors other then black if you wanted a different color.

He does require the design to be in black and white and in BMP format at 300 dpi for a really good engraving.

i just noticed your egr port bolts are hex headed and not flush. nice way to have an easy way to keep them clean.

Yes, I opted for the much larger 3/8" pipe plugs. Bigger hole, easier to clean.
