Suggestion...when making a vid of your exhaust...don't put the mic right by the muffler...gives you now idea how it sounds. set it back a ways

wasn't my vid lol....i have 2.5 piping to an ebay n1 muffler.....but the tas cat back is probobly my next purchase.

Your all going to call me crazy... but im 99% sure the catback tas is the same as an ebay genaric catback.

My reasoning?

The header I bought from ebay for $60 is exactly the same style as the one on tas. The o2 sensor plug location and the styling of the flex pipe is exactly the same. Only tas wants $180 for it...

No name header, no name exaust. It matches...

and $200 is a good price... but Its not any better than buying a genaric off ebay.

Just because the designs are similar doesn't mean that they're cheap ebay-quality garbage, though. A no-name header looks an awful lot like a DC Sports header, and the quality is considerably better.

I have not seen the TASauto parts in person, and I do not know their source, so they may very well be cheap stuff... for that price, it IS possible... but I know TASauto to provide quality parts, so whatever they sell won't be garbage for sure.

very unlikely...for one TAS has a reputation of having good quality stuff...ebay does not.

second...just because it LOOKS the same in no way shape or form even remotely means it is the same.

third...I can "sell" an exhaust using fake pics and send you an already rusted pipe...pics on ebay are not proof.


*oh yeah...good luck getting a warranty replacement or any customer support from an ebay seller...
