The fogs don't come stock yellow.
You'll need to buy yellow bulbs.

Yellow fogs

OEM fogs are usually clear but some have a amber insert in them. a set i bought i had before had them and i took them out. besides taking the light apart you just push and twist to insert them or take them out. if you have clears tough look for any older preluds or civics with oem fogs the inserts are the same. ive done it to both a prelude and my crx's. i have them sitting in a drawer along with a set of OEM JDM fogs for 90-91, hint hint.....lol

they're all clear, some people just paint them to make them look like yellow lens. later

this is my old wagon, they had amber bulb caps. the lenses are all clear but there is a bulb insert, that attaches inseide the lenses. that is a honda factory option.
