Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    ebay mirrors?

    not trying to rice my sh!t out, but my passenger mirror is smashed, and my driver mirror is hanging like it got hit pretty good.

    and i hate having to go into my wallet for "stock" stuff.

    I dont like the M3 mirrors, but maybe look at j/y. I guess thats the best bet.

        I got mine right side of ebay, and I like it works good can't tell differense between oem, I think I got from this seller and make sure you get one that you need, theare are power and manuals ones.

        Or just get used one of ebay for like $10 fish them out there are like 5 of them right now.

          Used them once. Suck cause the mirror itself can't turn all the way like the oem.

            That is true........I had them on my white 4dr once and with the power mirror you can't turn the mirror all the way like you do on the oem.

                Not to thread jack, but, what's the difference in mirrors between the regular power mirrors, and the folding ones? or is it just the switch??

                    back from basic.... off to ait.... CB still being worked on i have mad plans for it .. sorry cant tell its on the hush hush for now but all i can say in somewhere around 500 hp soon to come..

                        I bought the JDM G2 Style M3 power mirrors:








                        I liked the look. The mirror type and size took some getting use to.

                        I got pulled over twice for the LED's..lol

                        They were wired to be blue with the running lights and amber when turning. They alternated between amber an blue when turning.
                        It was pretty sweet.

                        I took them off because in Canada you can only have white or amber lights visible from the front.

                        I'm taking the blue LED's out and soldering in white ones. White will be with running lights and amber when tunring.

                        It will be awesome.
