ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Removed lower balljoint
Removed 10mm star bolts from behind rotor
    Disassemble rotor/hub to access studs
    Hammer it out
    Hammer it in
    Reverse uninstallation minus hammering out
this is the way i would do it.

if your going to roll on 3 studs for a couple days. just re-torque the tires an extra 5-10 pounds just to be sure.

the stock torque setting is 75-80 lbs. (my first job was at discount tire)

Is an ez fix, take 10min meng, 93accordse said how 2 do it, but a lug got unscrewed as I was drivin and the lug dug into the rim, and finally I bottomed out down a hill and Bam 2 of them broke, I was all worried I had to take off my rotor etc, NOPE! I jus followed the way 93accordse said above.

Thanks cb7tuner.com for all the help.

i once snapped 2 studs on my right front wheel and drove back home like a champ to get my old CD6 knuckles and knocked out the studs and drove the car to the shop to get it done.

I drove on 3 studs on my front driver-side wheel for over a year, and I'm a spirited driver.. I had zero issues with it. I torque my wheels to 82ft/lbs every 1500 miles, that probably helped a bit.

I didn't replace the broken stud until I had to replace the brake calipers and rotors in the front because I knew it was going to be a PITA.

I got my stud from AZ for $3.99. They sold me an extended stud by mistake, so I had to swap it out.. that's the only reason I remember the price at this point

                  Good luck with your repair,
