Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    INT question

    hey guys well i found leather local for bout 400 but i dont like the red piping around the trims can this come out ?

    the piping is sewn in between the 2 pieces of leather that meet at that seam. it wont come out unless you completely cut the seat apart.

    the leather does look incredibly good though.

      well my buddies buddie has a interior shop can he take it and jus sew it back together cause i want and like theses things but not fan of piping

        dye it and urr good. 400 is expensive tho. u could get gsr seats and rims for that price. or better yet u would get leather put in!

          that red piping isn't to apealing. you could get some leather dye for it...or just spend about $300 more and get a brand new leather kit from katzkin. later.

              That red is hideous and not to be an ass but the seats looks like vinyl from pics but if you tear apart the seams depending on how good the upholsterer was(around the welt cord looks a lil rough at the top of the boxing) you may run into problems like the person may not have got the welt cord so tight the first time and went over it a time or 2 more and all them lil holes will be like a perforated piece of paper waiting to tear kinda risking it especiall if you spent 400 bucks then spending money on redoing em...
