ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    So if ebay projectors suck..

Then what are the good ones?
Also can you make them HID or are they already like that?

They're designed for show, not daily driving. Their output sucks.

You'll need to retrofit some projectors into your headlights to get good output.

Edit: Nicest retrofit on CB7Tuner in my opinion:

He actually used aftermarket 1-piece headlights (ebay headlights) for his retrofit.

The cheap eBay projectors are the only ones available. Sure, other places sell them... but, they mark up the price to make it seem that they're "good quailty" projectors.

Retrofitting is the best... and usually cheapest way. You can get factory projectors off of eBay for $50/pair.

Then just follow the DIY's on CB7Tuner.

I've done tons of retrofits, not too hard if your very artistic. Never done one on an accord, but same moto works.

Look at my members ride thread. I recently retrofitted TSX projectors in my blackhoused headlights and the output is AMAZING w/ HID bulbs. I spent about 300 for the setup, minus my 20hrs worth of labor retrofitting them into the headlights.

From what I have seen, these are the same as the regular ebay projectors BUT you have an OEM type High Beam. Your low beam output is still going to suffer. No matter what website you find aftermarket headlights on, chances are you are getting a very similar if not identical product as another site offers. It may have a different name stamped on it.

A brand name stamp is like a sticker, it does nothing to the quality of an inferior product. Just like you can't throw a K&N sticker on some $10 cone fliter and expect the same results as the K&N cone filter..

I have seen nothing but good results with TSX retrofits and they look a whole lot meaner then any of the aftermarket stuff you can buy on ebay.
