ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    "ACCORD" emblem got jacked

as i walked in front of my car today, i noticed something was missing. turned out to be my accord emblem off my grill. what pissed me off was that it was something so small and inexpensive, but yet someone had to lower my car's dignity. damn haters!!!

so my question is: has anyone ever put razor blades next to their emblem or fog lights so people who try to steal them will at least have to bleed for it?

its what im going to do!!!!!!!

i used to have a kill switch on my 4dr integra. the way i did it was go straight to the wires from the fuel filter underneath the back seats. it worked great, but everytime i turned the kill switch off, then on, when i go to started the car, fuel seemed to lag to the engine. the 1st time i tried to start the car, it would just crank, turn over, and die. then the 2nd time, the car started up just fine.

just wondering if you had the same problem.

nope, no problem at all. when I turn it off, and then come back from where ever i was and turn it back on, it'll start right up and run with no problem.

If it's an electric fuel pump and you're shutting it off, the reason it dies is because there's air in the line, and the fuel pump has to suck fuel back in. My ford escort would do the same thing. found out after i accidentally hit it with my tire jack in the trunk.. oops!

I had exacto blades lining the edges of my sub box a few years back and some thief got cut trying to jack me. He turned around and brought me to court. He lost his case against me, but had he won, I could have lost most, if not all, of what I have to my name all because I didn't have something warning that there were sharp objects/weapons in the car that could hurt him :/

I highly recommend you don't do this, but if you do, put up a small warning sticker somewhere so it's legit, or you could lose it all.

How can he take YOU to court when HE broke into YOUR car? that's just not possible. You should have turned the case around on him and sued his ass for breaking in your car or something...I don't know the technical/legal term lol, but that's just not right.
