ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Kidd262 has the Accord Inspire badge:
Its your call man.
Honda dropped the Accord name from the Inspire in the 2.5TL Inspire (Acura TL?? im not too sure). Accords were only Accords after that, Inspires werent. The Ascot was named Ascot Innova afterwards (Euro Accord)
And the seller said that the emblem was for an Accord is somewhat confusing, since the emblem is for the Accord Inspire (CB5). During that generation, Inspires WERE accords. Ditto the Accord Ascot.Last edited by blizzard335; 04-08-2008, 06:55 AM.

And no, that engine will not fit in a CB7 without major work... and it's not worth doing that major work.
As said, the Ascot and Inspire were both Accord-based vehicles. The Ascot was pretty much exactly the same as the Accord, with some different aesthetics. The Inspire was a bit different (see above).
A 1990 Accord LX is neither an Ascot nor an inspire. It is simply an Accord.

^I agree.
However if you are gonna put a different badge on, id go with "Inspire" Just looks and sounds better, IMO.
And dont worry about embarrassing yourself. We're just glad you have interest in the CB and want our opinions, advice and help. There are members here who no longer have Accords and some members joined without an Accord.
Your choices are your choices. The only thing we can do is supply with our own choices, likes/dislikes. Its a good idea to not only read the stickies, but also look around. Check out other members cars(often refered to as MRT = Members Ride Thread). See how many ideas are out there. Some like to keep it as stock as possible, some work on making it as JDM/EDM as possible, some like rice, some like big wheels and chrome...its all up to you.
GL with whatever mods you choose to do and feel free to ask away.

would you do it to your accord if it was you?
In this world I've seen the following:
CB Accord with a NISMO front windshield banner
A civic with a GT-R emblem
A civic with a 4x4 emblem
A 96 galant with a v6 emblem
An Integra with a GT emblem
A mustang with a GT-R emblem
I hope you are catching my drift here.
