What does type R mean anyway? It doesn't look like it would fit at all so why does it say its for a 91 Accord?

That's not a 91 lid. That's not a "Type R" lid. That's not even a lid from a year when the R existed. I don't believe even the R Accords were painted yellow (though I could be wrong).



Any 90-93 lid will fit your car. There were no R model Accords made for our generation.

Its a CD 94/95 lid only, the 95/96 had the lights in the trunk.
