This is Shyla. She is 3 years old i rescued her from the pound a little over a year ago, she was used as pitbull bait ( assholes) any ways she is the best dog, here are a few pics.

a painter i know breeds those and i swear, they're the largest DPs i've ever seen.....amazingly, they're big babies though.....his are a smoky gray color

i've never been a huge fan of them because they remind me of smartass greyhounds or something, but they're alright.....pretty animals

well i heard the samething about pit bulls..thats why they cross breed pit bulls with the little taco bell dawg and the brain is to big so they fight them like that

there is no proof that any breed of dog has too small of a skull for it's brain......it's one of those stupid things that someone pulls out of their ass one day and people start believing it because they're too stupid to know better......don't be so gullible, question everything and if it's popular knowledge AND something kind of odd like this, it's probably bull shit

her old owners were pit bull fighters, she was turned in when they busted them.

And as for the brain to big for there head, think about it, if your brian is to big for your head you DIE! thats why is massive head tramas when the brain swells you DIE.. same thing. And ill say she is the sweetest dog towards ppl, just not other big dogs.

They are a misunderstood breed, any dog will attack if not treated correctly, they arent a breed that you can have little contact with and then go get right in there faces, its not a lab it wasnt bread to be a herder or a hunter, it is the only breed that was made only to be a guard dog.

That sucks that your poor dog was used as pit bait. I know a guy around he who once used a poor chow to fight his pit and the pit killed the chow. That is so wrong. Wish I could have done something but the guy moved to who knows where.

Yeah it does suck but all is better now, she is spoiled rotten, she just has a mean streak towards other large dogs. before we figured it out she put a pitt twice her side down on the ground and held him.

I had a doberman, (just put him to sleep last month) and he was 13 years old. He was the most precious dog you would meet.

yeah she can hold her own. LOL but we sure dont encourage her habit.

I hope she is to live that long, my aunts and uncles was about that age when he had to be put down, means i have at least 10 years with her. ( not long enough) she will be a dog that always has a place in my heart and very big shoes to ever fill.

Oh and she might look mean but shes a big baby! Only thing she might fight ya for is a spot on the couch. LOL

dobermans are awesome dogs. it's definately a breed that i'd consider owning if i could.
