    later.

not a hobo spider.....hobo spiders are very similar to brown recluses and a lot of BR bites are really hobo spider bites......they're more of a ground dwelling spider....poor climbing skills compared to other spiders too......they do make webs but they're usually down low

Man my grandfather got bite by one of those and he thought it was just a pimple. When he went to the doctor they told him he had gangreen (however u spell it). He end up staying in the hospital for 3 weeks and lost one of his testicles.

all spiders are poisinous. as for the "garden" spiders. they freak me out. i like poking the web with a stick b/c they start bouncing on the web. i dunno know why tho. ive been meaning to find a book or watch discovery channel about them.

the brown recluses. they are indeed dangerous to those who are allergic to venom. the black widows? i kiil those on sight. i dont want to be mean but they CAN kill you. its amazing what you will find on animal planet and discovery channel.

i got a whole bunch of funnel web spiders around my house. i saw one today that was about the size of a half dollar. maybe a little bit bigger. but the thing with the spiders and with snakes. there is a reason why you dont see a HOARD of insects. as with snake you dont see a HOARD of rodents.

there is a difference in poisonous and venomous....snakes and spiders are venomous, mushrooms are poisonous.....

brown recluses cause necrotic damage, which means your tissue dies and keeps dying.....they're laid back spiders though.....they aren't like most spiders and i actually like them.....

as for black widows, they shouldn't kill a healthy adult.....i was bitten when i was younger and just got painkillers and a healthy respect for them.....the nausea was the worst......small children or elderly people are most susceptible to them though......they are more aggressive, but still, you should be able to take a stick and move them out of your way so that they can keep on getting rid of mosquitoes, ants and control the house spiders and super-common spiders like that......they can't bite you if you leave them alone......killing them is only letting other insects live.....if they aren't overpopulating an area, then you're not helping.......just move them into some tall grass or woods......

humans kill more humans than anything but disease and microbes, so by your reasoning, i should kill humans because they could potentially kill me? how fair is that.....this planet isn't just your's or mine, and without all these animals, we aren't here, plain and simple........senseless killing is always senseless killing......kill when necessary or you deserve whatever life gives you

Thats one thing i love about WA state. We dont have the weird big bugs like you guys in the south.

Here all you really see is ants, flies, house spiders, bees. Just the standard bugs. Of course there are tons tons more bugs here but those are the common ones. You wont find a preying mantis or a big weird spider.

Oh, also alot of Crows and squirrels. :-)

i found a wolf spider back on new years eve of 99-00.... kept it in a cage (his name was bob). we fed the damn thing for close to a year and he reached well over half dollar size, closer to 2 inches long.

then on christmas the next year my dad threw a daddy long leg in his cage not even thinking. somehow both spiders ended up dead
Engines hate me... thats why they commit suicide

a 2" wolf spider isn't that large really. i've seen them with 5" legspans around here and 4" regularly. not as heavy bodied as a tarantula, but definitely a large spider

and the daddy longlegs didn't kill the wolf spider. more than likely, the wolf spider killed it but then either killed over due to lack of food (that daddy longlegs isn't too nourishing), dehydration or old age. they don't live that long anyway.

lol, charge at you? how many people do you know that have been caught by them? exactly

you'll hear the same rhetoric shit about snakes too. you will never meet that person that was caught though, ironically
