    My yellow cockitail birdie

Never ever had posted in the animal forum , but I thought what the hell.

Here is my yellow cockitail bird. We had her for about 2 years , before that two other owners had her. Both of which were family owners.

We found out she was a girl b/c she pooped out unfirtle eggs and she still protected them .

She likes to be touched , especially around the neck. She is free to roam around the house. She will always try to get to you . Even if it means flying, she hates to fly and prefers to walk ..ish. Never bites, But pecks at your skin

we also have two parakeets. One yellow and blue ( male ) . The other blue and white ( female). They like to keep to themselfs and don't want to be bothered. They share the same cage as the cockitail; however , they do get along. The parakeets hate me , so they don't deserve a thread w/ pics

My user name tippey764 well its the name of my first pet ( not the number ) which was a white cockitail. I also have 2 cockitail's a sun conure and an african grey, which can talk. Birds > dogs/cats in my book.

                        The bird is gone

A few days ago my lil brother said he was holding him while walking outside to the front porch . The second he stepped outside , the bird flew away and "tweeting" happily in circles then off he went...

It's weird b/c the bird always stayed with us , even outside
