The engine was never installed. It was in the process of being prepared for installation as in replacing all gaskets when upon removal of the oil pan to replace the oil pan gasket the crack in the crank was discovered because there was alot of metal shavings in the oil pan. This motor was never installed in the car.

well i don\'t know where to get such a crank since the motor is from Japan and is Japanese spec. I will try and source one out this week. I am going to have to spec out the motor to see if it messed anything else up.

I have not found a crank for this motor. This crank is not common at all and is very hard to even find information of the specifications of it. I think it would just be better to send another motor.

The only option I know of is to get another motor. Please just send another motor because I am loosing time and money by having this motor just sit and not getting installed. I thought that was the original agreement according to previous emails.

We have to return the engine back to Toronto for inspection. Then another engine will be send. It may take up to 20 working days. If you can fix the engine localy we will pay for the parts. Thanks Mike Younso

Ok. how do i send the engine back to you ?? I have a couple of quotes on how much it is going to cost me to fix the engine. How would you like those quotes ? I can take pictures of the quotes I have gotten and then send them to you. Let me know. When we talked on the phone you said that you would be sending another motor to me when I sent you the pictures of the bad motor. You also stated the same thing in the emails. Why do I have to do all this running around and time lost in my part when the motor is bad to begin with. I was following the correct procedures for this motor to be covered under warranty. I feel like I am getting the run around and nothing is getting done. I have ordered numerous motors from you and this is the first time this is happened and now I am having to go through all this trouble when this should have been resolved quickly. First you tell me one thing and now another. I am getting confused on what the agreement was for originally.

what engine are you going to return ? shipping for what ? I have quotes or estimates for what it will take to replace the broken crank with a crank that will work in that engine and the cost is more than what i paid for the engine in question. At this stage I see that there is no other choice but to just refund the money. I have done wasted more money on this and now you want me to pay for shipping for something that is under warranty. Sorry it has to come to this but all I want is just a full refund and let this matter be.

So now you want me to ship the engine that you sent to me broken back to you and pay for more shipping ?? Why should I have to spend more money again to ship this motor back to you and then MAYBE get a refund. It seems you have definite answer on what to do. This is very bad business. I have spoken to several other people that have gotten bad motors from you and they haven\'t had this much headaches and bad experience. According to the first couple of emails you said all that needed to be done was send pictures and then a second engine would be sent. None of these things that you are asking me to do is in your warranty statement. This is very bad business and it has been a month now since the claim was first done. Why do the conditions of the warranty keep changing ?
